Dining at the Mendel Center is a convenient way to enjoy a delicious, unhurried meal in a relaxed and social atmosphere. When you're finished eating, it's simply a short walk through the Mendel Center to your seats in the Mainstage for the speaker event at 7 p.m.
Seating for the buffet dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. The planned menu is:
- Garden salad with dressing
- Roast beef
- Champagne chicken
- Lentil shepherd's pie (vegetarian option)
- Mashed potatoes & gravy
- Glazed baby carrots
- White & wheat rolls with butter
- Pumpkin cheesecake
- Cash bar
Note: Dinner and speaker tickets are sold separately. Dinner tickets do not provide access to the speaker presentation. The menu is subject to change based on availability of menu items.
